9:00 am – 11:00 am – Receive Rabbits and Poultry – Poultry/Rabbit Pavilion
8:00 am – 12:00 pm – Youth Exhibitor Fair Registration – Picnic Pavilion
10:00 am –12:00 pm – Indoor Exhibit Check-In – Picnic Pavilion
Livestock Exhibitor Meetings (Mandatory) – Indoor Arena
10:30 – Beef; 11:00 – Hogs; 11:30 – Goats; 12:00 – Sheep;
12:30 – Dairy; 1:00 – Rabbit and Poultry (Rabbit Barn);
4:00 – Horses (Horse Barn)
1:00 pm – Market Animal Weigh-In – Barn Area
Order: Steers, Lambs – (Big Scale) Hogs, Goats – (Small Scale)
1:00 pm – 4:00 pm – Commercial Exhibit Check-In – Commercial Exhibit Building
1:30 pm – Judging of Indoor Exhibits – Indoor Exhibit Building
4:00 pm – Carnival Opens (wristbands $35) – Cole Shows Amusement
