The Summit County Fair is held annually during the first full week of August. It's a traditional small town county fair with cowboys and bucking broncos, a carnival midway, beauty queens, home canned goods, flowers, vegetables, and more. Events are held throughout Summit County and home base is quiet, scenic Coalville, Utah.

12:30 p.m. – Youth Pet Fest Registration, Children 4 – 12 w/ Small pets (leashed), Livestock Pavilion
1:00 p.m. – Youth Pet Fest, Livestock Pavilion
1:00 p.m. - Rabbit Showmanship Clinic
2:00 p.m. - Rabbit / Poultry Judging
5:00 p.m. - Carnival Open
5:30 p.m. - Youth Archery Fun Shoot
6:00 p.m. – Food Booths Open
