The Maker Fair started in Minnesota in 2012 to celebrate handcrafted arts and foods. The first Maker Fair featured 20 artisans with 200 shoppers. In its 7th year in 2018, Maker Fair Minnesota had grown to include over 195 artisans and attracted almost 4,500 shoppers.
